- Purpurite is a rare mineral of the phosphate group. It impresses with its unusual purple color and a silky iridescent cat's eye effect. Because of its rarity, purpurite is a coveted collector's item.
- The mineral is found in noble pegmatite rocks only when a lithium/manganese rock strata has been locally converted to purpurite by natural pH lowering. There are only a few localities worldwide: this stone comes from a site newly discovered in 2020 in the gemstone fields of Minas Gerais in Brazil.
- Purpurite is considered a power stone and is said to increase the ability to regenerate and react. Purpurites are associated with the 6th and 7th chakra.
- The delivered tumbled stone may differ slightly in shape and color from the pieces shown. The stone is delivered cleaned, may rub off slightly if rubbed.
- Comes in a reusable white plastic frame.
