Fender Classic 60s JM, gloss black, made in Japan in 2017. This guy is barely a year old; it's barely been touched by human hands too. It's pretty rare to score JMs this close to perfect condition, but hey, it's nice! The sleek black/white tuxedo finish looks superb, it's very classy indeed. This one has the 'sensible mod starter pack': a Mustang bridge and a buzz-stop, so the bridge buzz etc is minimised. The tone is classic JM: thick, rich, twangy, loads of attack, perfect with effects. If you're after a guitar to dole out big, syrupy walls of ambience and noise, it's hard to go past a JM. Save a few hundred on a new one, put the cash towards a stack of fuzz pedals, write some filthy psych pop, get famous and do your Mum proud!
