This is a really lovely early 1910's Melba gold tone compact purse with wristlet.

The piece is in fantastic condition, and opens to a clean clear mirror. The powder compartment is clean and empty.

It measures approximately 3 3/4 inches in length, not including the wristlet chain.

The purse is hallmarked on the front edge with the Melba name, and you push in the front tab to open, as well as close the purse.

Both the hinge and clasp are in perfect working order.

It has the same hammered finish on both sides. No dents, dings, rust or corrosion.
